Giorgos Alexandridis

b.1980, Thessaloniki, Greece. Lives and works in Greece.

George Alexandridis works with classics materials, basically clay and marble. The sculptures surrender an inconsistent, almost frowned situation: protection walls, hedges, dogs-prisons, bodybuilders, heads from crash-tests, military troops and shelters compose an agonizing thematic having as an axis the protection and the fear, the power and the vulnerability.
