Giorgos Tserionis

b. 1967, Athens. Lives and works in Athens.

Through the use of multiple means, such as drawings, sculptures, videos, edited photographs, and installations, Tserionis presents a society in question. The distortion that characterizes his paintings and sculptures, as well as the references to sociopolitical situations of his country, reflects the attachment of modern people to memory and history as a shelter.
